How does the reseller program work?

As a Magnets.com reseller you get to partner with and profit from the best in the business, all in the name of growing your customer base and bottom line.  Anytime a customer of yours requests a promotional magnet all you’ll need to do is:

 

  • Log into your Magnets.com account 
  • Select the product(s) you’re interested in
  • Provide finished artwork
  • Choose and supply your payment
  • Sit back and get paid while we do all the leg work

How do I register to become a Magnets.com reseller?

All it takes is three easy steps:

 

1.  Click here to register.

2.  Within 24 hours we’ll review your information and provide you with a username and password to access our reseller prices and products.

3. Begin ordering, earn additional revenue and customers, and leave the rest to us!

 

How do I log into my account?

If you’ve already registered to become a Magnets.com reseller and were provided a username and password:

Simply enter your login information on the top right login section of the Web site.

 

If you haven’t registered to become a Magnets.com reseller:
Click here to register to become a Magnets.com reseller.  Once your information is received we’ll provide you with a username and password within 24 hour.  All you’ll need to do is visit the Magnets.com reseller Web site and enter this information on the top right login section.  
 

How much does it cost to become a Magnets.com reseller?
Nothing at all.  Really.  Enrollment and membership is 100% free.

 

How much time will I need to invest?

Little.  We’ll do all the heavy lifting to ensure a pleasant, seamless customer experience.

 

How do I know the quality of your magnets?

Our magnets are manufactured right here in the United States using only the highest quality materials available.  Each magnet, selected for strength and durability, is 25 mil thick and will hold between 5–7 sheets of paper.  But don’t just take our word –click here to order a reseller sample pack to see for yourself.  

 

What are your reseller prices and discounts?

To view our reseller prices and discounts please take a few short moments to register.  Once approved we’ll provide you with a username and password so you can view our entire inventory and reseller prices/discounts.  Speaking of discounts, we’re so confident you’ll find value in the Magnets.com reseller program that we’re offering 10% off your first order!

Magnets

Do you backprint on the magnetic material?

No.  We do not advertise our name anywhere on the magnet.

 

What size magnets do you offer?

We offer tons of different sizes, shapes, designs, and colors!  To view our product categories please take a moment to register.

 

Can I order less than 1000 or in units of 500?

Minimum quantity varies by product. Depending on the item, minimums may be as low as 100, as listed in the product detail.  To view our reseller prices, discounts, and minimums please take a few short moments to register.

 

Pricing

What do your prices include?

In order to provide you with high margins, we require that finished art be provided.  Our prices include a free online proof and full color CMYK.

 

Do you charge extra for additional colors?

No. We manufacture all of our magnets using a four color process –your customers can have unlimited colors at no additional cost.  

NOTE:  Pantone does incur additional charges.

 

Are there any setup costs?

No. We do not charge extra for setup.

 

Do you charge for proofs?

During the proofing/approval process, we allow a maximum of two free proofs.  Additional proofs will be charged at $20 each.  If requested, we can provide a physical proof for $50. 

 

What payment forms do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Personal Checks, Business Checks, Cashier Checks, and Money Orders

Do you require finished art?

To provide you with low prices we require finished art, in accordance with our art guidelines. 

  

Shipping

How long will it take before customer magnets are ready for shipping?

After placing an order, you will receive a proof within 24 hours.  After the proof is approved and payment is processed, the magnets will be produced within 7 business days and ready for shipping. (NOTE:  production time begins after the proof is approved and payment is processed.  All production is based on a 5-day work week, not including holidays.)

 

How do you ship your completed magnets?

Your customers’ magnets will be shipped blind (the box and contents don’t identify Magnets.com) via FedEx Ground.  If the customer requires a faster shipping method or a rush order we can certainly accommodate.  Shipping method and cost is to continental United States only. Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada and any other areas outside the United States will incur extra shipping costs and applicable taxes/duties.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on the size and quantity of the magnets ordered. We ship with FedEx Ground for most orders. Other shipping methods and carriers are available. Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada and any other areas outside the United States will incur extra shipping costs and applicable taxes/duties.
