You agree that you are a reseller and not an end user.

Payment is required when the order is submitted.

You are not bound by any retail prices published on magnets.com or its affiliate sites.

Art that does not meet the the Magnets.com art guidelines includes 30 free minutes of art time, and is billed at $50 per hour thereafter.

Magnets.com takes no responsibly for incorrect art.  Required art correction will be billed at $45 per hour.

Magnets.com does not backprint (advertise the Magnets.com name or logo) anywhere on the magnet.

Magnets.com does not include any promotional materials or messaging in or on shipped boxes.

Magnets.com will not initiate contact of any sorts with your customers.

Print and magnet quality is assured.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the reseller and not Magnets.com.
